About me…

My name is Bob Stroup and I live in Phoenix, Arizona with my pit bulls Lou and Ava.  I have always been a follower of food and in 2003 I was licensed to thrill by the Scottsdale Culinary Institute.  I bring a French influence to my Southern style of cooking.  Fat on fat can’t go wrong, right?  I grew up in Las Cruces, NM with the infamous Hatch chile’s and moved to Arizona in 1996 where my culinary palate has blossomed.
